ChipChamp lets you reward and recognize individuals and teams for their efforts small and large.

We support everything from individuals wanting to keep track of goals, families rewarding children for their achievements, and educational institutions at the district level down to the classroom.

ChipChamp is software

ChipChamp is software that works on desktop and mobile devices*. It provides the functionality to log and reward when an individual or group completes tasks. Rewarding first takes place through giving chip points which can then be deducted when they are used to redeem rewards, which is up to administrators on what those rewards are. They could simply be recognition, stickers, minutes of tech-time, candy or even USD if in the case of giving allowance money.

ChipChamp removes friction

ChipChamp removes the friction in logging activities as well as rewarding. It's a common thing to forget that your child helped with dishes or took out the trash when life gets too busy. A simple click on your mobile device is all it takes to log an activiy so that later on, when you're free to think, you can decide how to reward.

*ChipChamp will work on most mobile devices and desktop computers, however we do not currenty have Apple or Android apps.

When chip points are given to champs, you'll have the option to celebrate through the leaderboard's celebatory view, featuring animations of champ avatars and standing ovation sounds. This is a great way for a family or classroom to get notifications highlighting champ achievements.

If you have an extra display attached to a computer in a common area such as the kitchen, or classroom this is a great way for family members to get motivated and excited about keeping up with their tasks and goals. Don't worry though, there is a an option to turn off sound - We know it can be distracting.

ChipChamp let's you reward but it's not opinionated

Rewarding comes in all shapes in sizes. At the core, ChipChamp uses a simple system of points which are given to Champs (individuals receving points) for their efforts. To make point giving more exciting we've abstracted out the concept of chips. A chip can represent any number of points similiar to how a penny equals 1 cent and a dime equals 10 cents.

Not a digital currency, nor is it a platform for real transactions.

We are not in the cryptocurrency business. Chip points may seem like a digital currency but it is not. Chip points hold no value outside of our service. It is up to parents, teachers or organization admin to reward however they want based on points earned per champ.

Other than families and organizations paying to use ChipChamp, there are no real USD or other currency transactions flowing through our system.

We take privacy seriously

We stay away from creating authenticated accounts for students and family members. Admin only please! This avoids the need to collect personal information such as email and full names. Instead admin create and manage champs within their org which are assigned nicknames and avatars. A profile photo may be uploaded of the champ, with the recommended consent of their guardians, or a custom avatar.

Sign up for beta access

Signing up with your email gives you early access to the unreleased version of ChipChamp during the open beta phase*. You will be one the first few to test the ChipChamp app, and optionally provide feedback on new features as they get released.

*We are currently in the closed beta phase and will open up to the public in the near future. Signing up entails getting periodic email updates. To be honest and upfront, we may sound like we're solicitating which is actually by design to get the word out, but we'll do our best not to be annoying and frequent.
